Information we process

We process account information such as name, email address and authentication records (company name and phone number are no longer requested at signup and are kept only where an older account already provided them); Contact form submissions, including an optional company name; free AI visibility check website and email submissions, protected by a Cloudflare Turnstile bot check that processes technical signals such as IP address and browser characteristics; AI Visibility Report domain, email and prompt submissions; workspace, brand, competitor and prompt configuration; monitoring responses, citations, recommendations and report data; service usage; and acquisition analytics when Analytics consent is granted.

Do not submit passwords, payment-card details or secrets through prompts, domains or the Contact form.

How information is used

Information is used to provide and secure the service, generate requested reports and monitoring, calculate intelligence metrics, deliver transactional communications, respond to Contact form submissions, enforce plan limits and improve acquisition when Analytics consent is granted.

AI Visibility Report, Ask Franixo and recurring monitoring

The one-time AI Visibility Report processes the submitted domain, email address and prompts, and sends the configured checks to supported AI providers. Stripe processes the $18 payment. The report includes a permanent link and downloadable PDF, and does not grant recurring monitoring entitlement.

Authenticated recurring monitoring may send configured prompt and brand context to the AI providers included in the active plan. Growth and Agency can separately request Google AI Overviews and Google AI Mode as Google Search Surfaces. Gemini, Google AI Overviews and Google AI Mode are distinct measurement sources.

Ask Franixo is a free, anonymous chat assistant that does not require an account. To enforce a daily usage limit and prevent abuse, we derive a one-way cryptographic hash of your IP address using a private server-side key; the raw IP address itself is never stored. Your questions are sent to our AI infrastructure to generate a response and are not linked to any account or other Franixo activity.

AI, search, email and billing processors

Configured AI providers receive the prompt context required to generate reports or perform monitoring. A contracted search-data processor receives the search query context required for entitled Google AI Overviews and Google AI Mode collection. Brevo supports transactional email delivery. Stripe acts as payment processor for one-time reports and subscriptions.

Franixo does not directly receive or store full payment-card details entered into Stripe checkout.

Google Analytics 4 connection, task drafts and technical audits

Connecting Google Analytics 4 is optional. A workspace owner or admin grants Franixo's Google Cloud service account Viewer access to a GA4 property and enters its property ID. Franixo then reads, once a day, only aggregate daily sessions and key events (conversions) whose GA4 session source is a supported AI assistant (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Copilot and Claude). No visitor-level data, user identifiers or other traffic sources are requested, and traffic without referrer information is never attributed to AI assistants. Disconnecting deletes the stored traffic data; you can also remove the service account from your property at any time.

When you generate a task draft, the task's stored evidence (monitored questions, tracked competitor names and domains, cited source domains and your brand name and domain) is sent to our AI provider (OpenAI) to write the draft. Generated drafts are stored in your workspace so they can be reopened without being generated again.

A Technical GEO Audit sends ordinary HTTP requests to the page you enter on your brand's own domain, and to its robots.txt and sitemap files. It uses predefined rules only; no page content is sent to an AI provider. Audit results are stored in your workspace as history.

Analytics and cookies

Essential cookies support authentication, security and consent storage. Optional first-touch and usage analytics run only after Analytics consent. You can change or withdraw that consent through Cookie Preferences.

Retention and security

Data is retained while needed to provide the service, meet operational or legal obligations and preserve contracted historical intelligence. Where the service does not enforce a fixed deletion period, this policy does not promise one.

Franixo uses access controls, workspace isolation, validation and secret redaction, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and contact

You may request access, correction or deletion where applicable and may withdraw optional analytics consent at any time. Requests are evaluated under applicable law and legitimate retention obligations.
